NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS! MUST BE IN UNWORN CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. 

UNCLAIMED AND RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNED PACKAGES

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING RATES. UPON EXCHANGE REQUEST, A INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED FOR SHIPPING COST.

 

IN THE "NOTE" SECTION PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS IN REGARDS TO YOUR DELIVERY. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SENT TO THE EXACT ADDRESS THAT YOU ENTERED. ONCE WE SEND TO SHIPPING CARRIER, THE PACKAGE IS NOW IN THEIR HANDS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PACKAGE ONCE ITS IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY WITH YOUR TRACKING INFO AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU. 

WE SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL 

  • Includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

Orders are generally processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. After your item is prepared and sent to shipping carrier a tracking number is automatically sent to your email address on file. PLEASE carefully check to make sure you enter your address correctly in the appropriate fields, remembering to include any apartment or street numbers. If your address is incorrect, the post office sends the package back out to us. To avoid delay and additional shipping fees please always double check your shipping address.
